Shipping policy
Where we ship
We currently ship Australia-wide. We don’t offer international shipping at this time.
Processing & dispatch

Orders are processed on business days (Mon–Fri, 8:00am–3:00pm AEST).

We aim to dispatch within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. Orders containing bulky items, large quantities, or restricted/chemical goods may take longer.

If any item is out of stock or requires a special order, we’ll email you with options (lead time, substitute, split shipment, or refund).
Shipping methods & rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your postcode, order weight/volume, and service selected.

Trade/wholesale customers logged in to the portal will see any applicable negotiated rates tied to their account.

Some remote/regional locations may attract a surcharge—if so, we’ll contact you before dispatch.
Dangerous & restricted goods
Certain products (e.g., cleaning chemicals, bleaches, aerosols) ship under carrier restrictions. These items may:

Travel by road only (no air freight), and
-
Require additional transit time and specific packaging/labels.
We’ll keep you informed if this affects your order.
Addresses & delivery

Street address preferred. PO Boxes/Parcel Lockers are only available for eligible small parcels and non-hazardous items.

You can select Authority To Leave (ATL) at checkout where available. If ATL is chosen, risk passes on delivery to the nominated safe place.
Tracking
You’ll receive tracking details by email once your order ships. For trade accounts placed on Net Terms, tracking is issued on dispatch after the order is accepted.
Split shipments
To get products to you faster, we may ship items separately at no extra cost. You’ll receive tracking for each parcel.
Click & Collect / Local pickup
If we offer local pickup for your order, we’ll confirm pickup instructions by email. (If pickup isn’t available for an item, standard shipping applies.)
Shipping on Net Terms & prepaid orders

Net Terms (Pay Later) orders ship upon order acceptance according to your account terms.

Prepaid (card/EFT) orders ship after payment is received (EFT orders dispatch when funds clear).
Damages, shortages & delivery issues
Please inspect your delivery on arrival and email photos within 48 hours if anything is damaged, leaking, short-delivered, or incorrect so we can resolve quickly (replacement, credit, or refund as appropriate).

Returns
For change-of-mind and warranty/faulty items, please see our Returns & Refunds Policy. Original freight is non-refundable except where the return is due to our error.
GST
All domestic prices and shipping charges are GST-inclusive.
